OPEN DOOR SPEECH THERAPY
Providing quality speech and language therapy in the comfort of your home
At Open Door Speech Therapy, we provide mobile services--bringing speech-language therapy, school-based support, and sound healing directly to you. We do not have a physical location; all private sessions take place in client homes or schools. Home sessions are available for San Diego, CA residents in the following zip codes: 92130, 92129, 92127. If you live in the greater San Diego area, contact us to see if we are able to travel to your neighborhood. An initial assessment is required before treatment begins.
SERVICES
Fees/Insurance
Open Door Speech Therapy is purely private pay, meaning we do not take insurance for services. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card, Venmo, and HSA/FSA.
Private Speech-Language Therapy
Hannah provides individual and small group (pairs) speech therapy sessions in the comfort of your home, working with preschool through middle school aged children. Hannah's approach is child-led and designed to support natural, confident communication. She specializes in
✔️/r/ articulation therapy--- helping children master the /r/ sound for clearer speech
✔️gestalt language processing---supporting children who learn language through echolalia and scripts to develop flexible, self-generated speech
Sessions are tailored to your child's unique communication styles and needs.
Social-Emotional Skills Coaching
In addition to speech-language therapy, Hannah offers social-emotional coaching to help elementary and middle school children navigate relationships, manage emotions, and develop skills to thrive in social settings. Using a child-centered approach, sessions focus on building confidence, resilience, and emotional regulation, essential for communication and overall well-being.

Sound Bath

In today’s fast-paced world, we are constantly expected to be “on.” Sound baths create a much-needed opportunity to slow down, pause, and reset. Using the soothing vibrations of singing bowls and other instruments, Hannah guides individuals and groups through a deeply relaxing experience that supports nervous system regulation and emotional balance.
